Not currently accepting clients- Do you relate to being a cycle breaker? Do you feel like you haven't fit into the social mold? Have you been to therapy and are looking for a different approach? I often work with people who identify as adult children of emotionally immature parents and/or cycle breakers on journeys of individual growth. Many cycle breakers have been impacted by family/generational trauma, religious trauma and/or emotional abuse. I also work with individuals who identify as high achievers, young professionals and individuals dealing with feelings of imposter syndrome.
I operate from an intersectional feminist framework of therapy and an eclectic counseling model. Intersectional feminism is based upon understanding each individual, including their environment and their situation, from multiple levels or intersections of identity in society, i.e. race, class, LGBTQ+, gender, ND, ability, culture, religious upbringing, etc
I practice from and utilize many different theories and techniques in an eclectic therapy model. I am continuously learning and I aspire to provide a supportive environment for your unique identity. I am licensed by the state as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (83461) and work under the approved supervision of Laura Wright, LPC-S (66757).
