We are trained in the Gottman & Emotion Focused Therapy methods to support your goals as a couple. We help couples create more intimacy, build friendship and love, manage conflict, heal from betrayal, and navigate life's difficult transitions. We also offer Group Therapy (see below or our website for more information).
We have seen couples overcome incredible challenges and make their relationship everything they hoped it would be. It's possible to stop fighting and learn to have a happy and meaningful partnership. You can learn to have a real connection with each other again with more love, peace and happiness. We also help premarital couples start with a good foundation.
