I provide adolescents, college students, and adults with a trauma-informed approach by introducing resources and skills to address difficult or stressful situations they have experienced in life. Together, we focus on ways to explore traumatic experiences beyond talking and by acknowledging what has worked in healing so far.
Addressing trauma from a strengths-based and holistic point of view, I help individuals work through their traumatic or stressful experiences through education and expressive therapies. I provide clients ways to understand and re-frame traumatic experiences as well as their responses to these experiences.
