Accepting new clients, I utilize an eclectic type of therapy. I have experience working with teens and adults including the Military, law enforcement, fire department, and healthcare workers. I hope to help individuals identify what is happening in their life journey. I like to take an individualized approach to clients to ensure all needs are addressed. Goals include a client-centered approach, and as a therapist, I like to help others reach their goals to help you travel through a healing journey.
I work with a variety of mental health concerns. I utilize grounding techniques and mindfulness, coping skills, and other types of interventions.
