Hi, My name is Hina Ansari. I am an licensed Professional counselor and EMDR Certified therapist. I help my clients with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression and relational difficulties. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and IFS with EMDR therapy. My focus is Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.

I have specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and PTSD for those seeking treatment for abuse in childhood or as adults, for veterans, and first responders- and victims of domestic abuse or violence.
