The Good Life provides online whole-body therapy sessions and personalized health and spiritual coaching to Florida residents. Each of our tailored therapy services will guide you through life's intricacies to reignite your inherent happiness within.
My approach is a blend of traditional therapy and holistic and somatic healing practices. I believe that therapy is a piece of the puzzle but works most effectively in tandem with other wellness practices. I work with my clients to put together a plan that works for their life, personality, and the things they enjoy!

This women's group meets to support each other through the physical, mental, and emotional changes of midlife. From aging parents and health concerns, to parenting teens and being an empty nester, women are facing some of life most difficult transitions while also undergoing huge hormonal and physical changes that affect mental wellness and quality of life. The group is meant to serve as a support system through this life stage and to provide education and resources.
