High School Girls Group
Our groups combine mindful movement, meaningful conversation and creative expression to help girls get out of their head and into their life powerfully. We believe every girl has everything she already needs inside of her, we’re just here to support her through the challenges of cleaning out mental clutter and perfectionism so she can know who she is at her core before she launches out into adulthood.

The Flourishing Way Young Adult Women's Group
Young adult women's group combines mindful movement, meaningful conversation and creative expression to you get out of your head and into your life powerfully. Our group meets 2 hrs biweekly, lead by one of our young adult experts. Each group has a yoga practice suited for all levels — New to yoga? This group is a great way to learn in-the-moment techniques for supporting your mental and physical well-being from the inside out.
