I am passionate about facilitating therapeutic growth in clients who suffer from severe and persistent mental illnesses, such as Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorders, and Bipolar disorders. Collaborating with my clients to reduce their psychiatric admissions, mitigate psychotic symptoms, improve their mood, and process their trauma brings me joy. As a mental health professional, I take pride in helping new clients navigate their mental health needs and discover ways to improve their mental well-being.
My approach towards assessing risk, creating safety plans, diagnosing accurately, and providing coping skills training, is always solution-focused. My aim is to provide evidence-based treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to my clients.
