The Center for Sexual Assault Survivors provides crisis counseling to individuals and groups that have experienced sexual violence/assault. Our Crisis Counselors have experience in treating adults, children, and adolescents with diverse backgrounds and areas of concern. Using evidence-based and clinically tested interventions, we work with individuals and groups on topics including trauma, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, communication, and healthy relationships. We are here to provide support and empowerment for change.

All services at The Center are FREE and confidential. The Center provides crisis counseling, advocacy, support groups, and additional support through our 24/7 crisis hotline to primary and secondary survivors of sexual assault. Additionally, The Center provides trainings and community engagement/awareness for the Peninsula area of Virginia.

The virtual support group is for survivors of sexual assault that are currently learning to cope with lingering feelings. Survivors will have a safe place to share, while exploring various topics related to sexual abuse/assault. Every survivor of sexual abuse deserves the right to live a healthy and joyful life and our group provides a non-judgmental, sensitive, and caring environment that will assist you in working towards healing. All services at The Center are FREE.
