We have immediate openings and will respond to you within one business day! The skilled psychologists at CME treat men, women, fathers, couples, families and children. CME clinicians provide structured, scientifically-supported psychological support designed to give clients the tools they need to better manage their issues and to thrive long-term. We specialize in issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, social and relationship concerns, sleep troubles, a history of trauma, substance use/addiction, fatherhood, life transitions, medical conditions, and sexual difficulties.

We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Exposure for anxiety, and mindfulness-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We also offer a full range of clinical assessments for adults and children. We offer biofeedback and men's groups. Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan.

We serve ages 8+ and all genders with focused insight and expertise in treating men. Men often find it difficult to ask for the help they need. Interpersonal Process Groups are typically unstructured, allowing participants to share their concerns in a supportive setting. Unlike conventional support groups, a therapist facilitates focus on the interpersonal dynamics that arise during discussions. People often follow habitual patterns of thinking and behavior in interactions, some helpful (e.g., expressing empathy) and others problematic (e.g., perceiving constructive feedback as criticism). Process Group for Men | Dr. Jones | Bi-weekly

Process groups (aka: Interpersonal Process Groups) are usually unstructured. Participants take turns sharing their issues, challenges, and concerns in a safe and supportive environment. Members benefit from the varied perspectives of their fellow group members. What makes process groups different from more conventional support groups is a therapist-facilitated focus on the interpersonal dynamics that come up between the members of the group while they are having these discussions.
