I have worked with families, individuals, as well as, groups in helping them get a better understanding of whatever crisis's or emotional struggles that may hinder their everyday living. It is difficult to open up with family and sometimes it is better to work through some situations with someone who's nonjudgmental and able to provide practical and professional guidance.
Having over 20 years of experience which includes working with trauma PTSD and Military/Families, public schools systems to assisting families with family members with a disability. I work with those who have depression and anxiety disorders in using specific treatment that allows me to work collaboratively with other professionals to optimize treatment.
I am fluent in American Sign Language my office is wheel chair accessible.
