I am dedicated to assisting women of all ages in improving their health by utilizing the "Wheel of Health" assessment tool, which evaluates Diet/Nutrition, Exercise/Movement, Sleep/Rest, Purpose/Fulfillment, Emotional/Mental Health, and Spirituality. You have the choice to determine which area to focus on in order to achieve a well-rounded life. You have the freedom to choose where to start and how to proceed, and I am here to guide you in identifying methods to accomplish your goals.
My approach to helping you make changes is through motivational interviewing. I prioritize your input on how you want to make those changes and what kind of support you need to achieve your goals. Our weekly meetings for a period of 12 weeks will serve as a platform for monitoring progress and ensuring success.
