The Beautiful Soul Asylum provides a landing for those who seek comfort and care for their mental health. At the Asylum, you'll find understanding, insight, and validation. I am more than a listening ear, I am a listening heart that desires to provide you support and validation as you confront your challenges, struggles, and experiences. I work holistically in healing the soul (mind) and the spirit (conscience). Through empowering experiences, counseling, assessment, and non-talk approaches I assist people in embracing themselves without condition. All souls need a place to retreat, rejuvenate, and restore.
Soul work is unlike other approaches. We provide holistic tools, that include talk and non-talk methods and assessments that help learn more about yourself, your emotions, actions, and cognitions. Encounter activities allows you to engage and interact with others in your social learning experiences. We focus on applied interpersonal skill development.
My work is suitable for team building, friends, wedding parties, retreats, and work groups. I can create self-paced stations, for self-exploration, self-rejuvenation, and self-assessment. Contact me to discuss how I might create a retreat for your group.

Online Sibling Loss Group- Zoom Meeting
The Forgotten Mourners. Adult sibling loss is sometimes overlooked. When we lose our parents, we lose our past. When we lose a child, we lose the present and the future. But when we lose our sibling, we lose the past, present, and future. Our siblings represent many firsts in our lives, i.e. first friends, first fights. They represent our memories and our plans. This group allows for adult siblings to express and talk about these losses in a supportive environment with other adult siblings. Contact to join.
