Welcome to The Be Center. A place for parents. We are a telehealth parent-focused center dedicated to helping parents navigate the challenges of having a child or young adult who is struggling with behavioral and emotional issues. We believe parents need support in knowing WHAT and HOW to cope with, understand, and respond to the challenges that arise when a loved one is struggling with mental health. When parents feel nourished and empowered, they are able to guide their families back to wellness. How do we do this? We support parents thought parent coaching, Individual and couples therapy.
Parent coaching is an innovative process of supporting parents in addressing the difficult issues brought on mental health challenges and emotional regulation struggles. We work with parents on behavioral interventions and the skill application to help guide families back to stability. Parent coaching will help with parent's own emotional distress and more.
Parent coaching focuses on: Parent burnout, behavioral responses, skill application, managing emotions, avoidance, aggression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, connection, and much more. We are here to help you implement and create change. One of our parent assumptions is in order to help others I need to first take care of myself. We look forward to helping you.

Parent Coaching Skills Group
The Parent Coaching Skills Group is a 90-minute, weekly group designed to provide parents with skills to be used in parent coaching sessions and in life. The Parent Coaching Group will help you to learn new skills and how to apply them with the support and feedback of group leaders and other parents each week. This group will take you past learning skills, and into how to apply them to your situation and family.
