We can help. Teens crave to feel known. A safe space to grapple with fears, pain and joys. That is what our therapists provide. By helping them feel heard, they can find true healing in relationship with a therapist. It might be finding meaning again, learning how to relate or understanding themselves better. It's helping them be them, again.
They are struggling, they need help now. We are here to provide that support to you and your teen in a way that no one may have before. All therapists at our practice believe that true healing comes in relationships. We practice from an attachment perspective because we want to help others relate well. Saturdays are available!
