I have been working in the mental health field since 2012 with various populations including different ranges of severity, and across different cultural backgrounds. My main modality is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
I understand that reaching out for support can be daunting sometimes and there’s uncertainty when one has experienced disappointment and distrust.
