Do you want a therapist or supervisor that thinks outside of the box but stays with you each step of the way? Autumn’s childlike heart allows her to see others in a way where they feel deeply understood and leave her presence knowing they too matter. In therapy, we want to feel heard and understood but we need a game plan of how to move forward. She is gifted in the art of helping her clients discover clarity in areas that once seemed obscure. This clarity provides vision that allows them to understand their world in a deeply profound way while giving them the confidence to make changes in their lives. This is empowerment!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Texas and Connecticut, a Texas state board-approved supervisor (LMFT-S), and an AAMFT-approved supervisor.
I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating disconnection, trauma/PTSD, loss/grief, and sexual difficulties. Most couples I work with have at least one of these two goals: communication and connection. They struggle to communicate their thoughts, feelings, and needs honestly and effectively; they struggle to feel deeply seen, supported, and loved within their relationship. Most individuals I work with seek to process traumatic experiences. Typically, past struggles continue to negatively shape present experiences and reduce or distort future hopes and expectations.

No insurance? Limited income? No problem. Counselors at NFCC believe that Jesus Changes Everything. While therapists are trained to encourage and motivate change, we realize that this happens best with Christian counseling. When both the therapist and client work together under the guidance of the Holy Spirit through Biblical-based counseling, you can experience real and lasting transformation. God's love pouring through the counselor offers hope and empathy in a shame and guilt free environment making it safe to practice vulnerability and transparency, which is a giant step toward recovery. Come share your emotional burdens.

Some of what we at PCC specialize in: Sandtray, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Circle of Security, Theraplay (level 1 trained), PACT (level 1 trained), TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention), Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Counseling, & Supervision .
Pflugerville Counseling Center offers a wide range of counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and children/teens. Though each of us specializes in different areas, we all hold a belief that counseling is most helpful when it is about having a safe relationship to more fully explore, understand, and accept self and the choices we make. We believe that everyone has a story and the more we can own our stories, the more choice and control we have over writing the next chapters. We all love working with the brain/body/relationship connection we all hold within ourselves and between each other.
