I provide psychotherapy to adults who struggle with intense emotions and self defeating or impulsive behaviors. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients improve their overall quality of life and well-being by increasing their ability to regulate intense emotions, tolerate distress, improve interpersonal effectiveness and increase mindfulness.

Welcome to my practice! For over ten years I have worked as a licensed counselor, with experience in addictions, family violence, at-risk adolescents, and working with the HIV/AIDS population. I have specific training in Cognitive-Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Brief therapies. These therapies have been shown through research to be effective in treating depression, anxiety, addictions, and other mental health diagnoses. I also like to incorporate relaxation, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, and art therapy techniques in my work with clients.

In celebration of each individual's strengths and unique qualities, I offer an individualized approach that is customized to the needs of each client. I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating disconnection, trauma/PTSD, loss/grief, and sexual difficulties. Most couples I work with have at least one of these two goals: communication and connection. They struggle to communicate their thoughts, feelings, and needs honestly and effectively; they struggle to feel deeply seen, supported, and loved within their relationship. Most individuals I work with seek to process traumatic experiences. Typically, past struggles continue to negatively shape present experiences and reduce or distort future hopes and expectations.

Hello there! My name is Olga Springer. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with 15 years of experience in the field. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. I am married to my wonderful husband, Mark, and together, we have formed a beautiful blended family and share four kids together. I have been a resident of the Texas Hill Country since 2006.

I enjoy working with people who want change, but don't know where to start. I specialize in helping people who grew up in difficult family situations and now struggle with relationships and/or depression and anxiety. We can call it trauma, complex trauma, borderline personality disorder or just being a person in this world. I work with people by thinking about relationships and attachment, and I also use evidence based practices including EMDR for trauma, DBT for emotion regulation and distress tolerance, and CBT for help understanding the inner workings of our minds and making changes to how we go through life.

Hello, I’m Lindsey Cotton. I grew up in Michigan and have lived in Texas off and on since 2015. I am married and a mother to one beautiful daughter. I enjoy diamond painting, listening to podcasts, and spending time outdoors. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples! I have worked in variety of therapy setting and most enjoy working with clients 1:1 or as a couple/family.
