Even if sports isn’t your thing, my goal is to provide a space for you to be yourself without judgment and promote empowerment and change from within.
Hey there! I’m Tori and I’m a therapist with a passion for guiding others to personal fulfillment. Health and wellness have been something I’ve had a fond interest for and experience in most of my life. While we like to consider health as pertaining to our body, the mind is our most powerful muscle. I like to think our minds and bodies link together to shape us into who we are! My approach is client-centered in nature, meaning it’s all about you and every aspect of you! Together we’ll collaborate on making life’s difficulties less challenging and becoming the best version of yourself.

I help you to change habits, feelings and thoughts that aren't supporting you right now, using the power of your subconscious mind. My clients usually come to me when something is getting in the way of their feeling good or doing well. It could be to stop smoking or another 'bad' habit, a weight issue, under-performance in sports or school, stress or frustration at work or at home, relationship challenges from the past or in the present, or simply stop doing what isn't working and start doing what is, making it easy and automatic within the mind.

I am a compassionate (and sometimes silly) former collegiate athlete who loves traveling, sports, and the arts.
My ideal client is a dedicated athlete or performer striving to reach their full potential after realizing the mental side is just as important as the physical. They seek tailored strategies to enhance mental resilience, manage stress, and maintain a positive mindset. They are willing to put in the work and have some fun as they cultivate a successful mindset that will serve them for the rest of their lives.

I completed my internships and training at The Baylor Adolescent/Sports Medicine Clinic and Baylor Psychiatry Clinic where I worked with adults, couples and families.
Initiating therapy can be difficult. Even the first phone call can be very anxiety provoking. My goal is to help you discover changes that can lead to a better understanding of your life. Psychotherapy is a process that involves finding the real truth within one's self. With a compassionate approach we will be able to help understand the conscious and unconscious factors that are keeping you from enjoying healthy relationships, love, work, family and other life related experiences. I believe in being empathetic as well as mindful of clients during sessions so that you are able to achieve the goals that you want.

Neurotherapy, or neurofeedback, is an innovative therapy for individuals seeking non-invasive treatment. Neurofeedback works with the source of many struggles, the brain. If you are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, cognitive difficulties, or sleep difficulties, neurofeedback may help. Often, people try neurofeedback therapy after medications or other therapies have failed to alleviate their distressful symptoms.

Our lives can be filled with authentic joy and I believe counseling can help individuals accomplish that goal. My role as counselor is to create an authentic environment of trust, understanding, and consistent with the client's goals. I believe in a therapeutic process that promotes change for the betterment of the client, challenging and confronting irrational thoughts and beliefs, and encouraging lived experiences and cultural lenses to be an important part of counseling. As a former dual sport college athlete, I understand the unique success and challenges that come with being an athlete at any age and any level.
