I enjoy utilizing a lot of CBT and DBT interventions in my practice to help people start to think, feel and act in a way that is more in line with who they are and are in process of.
As an action-oriented therapist, I help individuals connect more deeply with themselves, empowering them to discover and express their authentic self. Life transitions, unmet mental health needs, and a lack of fulfilling connections can disrupt one's sense of self. I'm here to offer compassionate support, walking with you as you explore the next steps on your journey toward healing, balance, and a fuller sense of wholeness. Together, we can uncover the path that leads to greater well-being and meaningful connections.

It is important to take a trauma-informed perspective and integrate skills and strategies from CBT and DBT.
Welcome! Counseling is an incredibly intimate and vulnerable journey. I aim to create a secure space where you can be wholly authentic and share your narrative. Each person's experience is unique, and I am eager to collaborate with you to pursue your counseling goals. I am driven by a genuine passion for understanding people's stories and their goals for the future. How one frames one's life narrative holds significant sway over one's mental and emotional well-being. "Welcome! Counseling is an incredibly intimate and vulnerable journey. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be completely authentic and share your story.

My name is Brian Webb, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). The way that I approach therapy is to find out what's currently an issue as well as other things that may be keeping you from being your best self. The way that I provide therapy is that I work on the whole person using Alderian Therapy. While this is the first approach, I often combine it with cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy ( DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Welcome! I feel honored to work with children, teens, and young adults who are going through some of the most challenging times of their lives. I specialize in therapy for suicidality and nonsuicidal self-injury. People engage in self-injury and experience suicidality for a variety of reasons, but some of the commonalities tend to be dislike of yourself, feeling isolated, and feeling that your psychological pain is unbearable and unsolvable. I work with clients to find ways to feel hope again, start to like themselves, and find alternative ways to cope.

I typically utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions, as well as interpersonal and psychoanalytic to explore how at times, the subconscious or unconscious processes influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with over 5 years of experience working in a diverse clinical background. I understand and honor that every person is unique with different life experiences, so I prioritize understanding each individual's personal experiences and complexities to tailor empathetic, trauma-informed approaches based on their concerns and needs. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, at times humorous, and always trauma-informed and person-centered, as I believe individuals are the experts of their own lives and work through this framework.

I also adopt DBT among clients who have BPD and emotional management issues.
Are you a client who is suffering from sudden life changes, relationship raptures, and shame due to past trauma? We all know that there are basic needs to be met as human beings living on the earth, we eager to be loved, heard, accepted, and freed to be just be ourselves. I believe changes happen when clients feel that they have freedom to not change themselves.

Having experienced the sudden loss of my own child, i learned first hand just how effective the skills of DBT can and continue to be in my own journey of healing.
John Lennon nailed it: "Life is what happens when we are busy making other plans." Without warning we my find ourselves dealing with the loss of a relationship, a job, or a difficult diagnosis. Perhaps parenting, which used to be so easy, does not seem to be working. For others, years of carrying so much anxiety and stress has now become too heavy and is getting in the way. Possibly life itself has turned upside down, magnifying everything else to the point that it is just overwhelming. I get it and can offer support, skills and a path towards reclaiming your well-being and a life worth living.
