I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I have experience in treating trauma, PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, Bi-polar disorder, addiction, life adjustment issues, personality disorders, gender/identity, family and relationship issues. Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to treat a diversified clientele that has shaped my ability to be understanding and accepting. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most valuable aspect of the counseling experience.

My name is Lyn Bjorgo. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults presenting with a variety of concerns. Life change adjustment issues, eating disorders, and depression are the issues I treat most often. My personality and therapeutic style tend to be effective with a variety of clients. I work with children, teens, & adults with anxiety or attentional issues, and offer both bio/neurofeedback training and interactive metronome training. I also administer and analyze QEEG's. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have counseled for a combined 17 years in several clinical and medical settings and have a strong background in career/life coaching. I am also Board Certified in Biofeedback and Neurofeedback through BCIA, the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance organization.
