I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, and I have over 10+ years of experience working in various clinical settings, including community mental health centers, hospitals, churches, inpatient facilities, addiction facilities, and private practices. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, combining evidence-based practices with a Christian worldview.

My personal belief is that everyone is doing their best with the tools they have. I utilize an individualized approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to strengthen resiliency and provide coping skills to overcome daily life stressors. Patrick Lee is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC State of Texas). He earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of the Cumberlands.

I have 15 years direct experience in the behavioral & mental health and substance abuse fields. I assist individuals in coping with life issues including dual diagnoses, behavioral, mental health, substance abuse, relationships, personal conflicts, sexual issues, problem solving, decision making and developmental concerns using an eclectic approach supported by evidence-based research.
