I've worked in a variety of clinical and hospital settings, including pain management, substance abuse, and mental health, as well as providing services in the community, schools, and homes. My clients include adults, families, adolescents, and children, who learn to view their challenges as opportunities for growth!

I am a Licensed Psychologist who has over 10 years of experience working with a variety of presenting problems. I have worked in different settings including a university counseling center, community mental health, nursing and assisted living homes, medical practices, and with youth programs. Most recently I opened my own private practice in East Texas.

As a counselor, I will always strive to ensure I provide clients with a safe and comfortable environment in which they can explore their innermost challenges. Working to meet clients where they are and assist them in working through their concerns with comparable therapeutic approaches which align with their own values and beliefs is of the utmost importance to me as a professional counselor.

I believe in listening to my client(s) and or their parents to get a better understanding of the psychological, behavioral, or marital issue at hand and developing with the client(s) and or parent a treatment plan that will help that person or that family or that couple achieve full mental health.

I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma, either recent or remote. Dr. Belloni's focus is on providing individuals thorough psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to drive treatment plans for emotional and behavioral improvement. She is experienced in conducting hundreds of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, neuropsychological, bariatric and pre-operative pain assessments, Veterans compensation and pension, foster/adoptive children, Child Protective Services, and other psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults.

Her extensive career history has focused on stabilizing and promoting personal functioning while empowering others to achieve long-term growth. As an action-oriented therapist, Deborah strives to help others resolve stressors and become the best version of themselves. This concept is evidenced by her advocation of adults, children and families to become addiction free, resolve traumas, and develop a healthy sense of self to combat life's difficulties. Additionally, she is a certified SYMBIS premarital and marital counseling facilitator.
