I have been in private practice 20 + years in the Austin area and worked with a number of different resources and population. I work very hard to listen to my clients and understand their concerns. I believe in empowerment and know that we can make the changes we want.

I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma, either recent or remote.
