My certification as Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) signifies my extensive training and experience in the area of maternal mental health and ensures I am qualified to give parents the help they need in a most crucial and vulnerable time of life. I am dedicated to working with women, individuals, children and families from preconception through the first-year post-delivery and on throughout parenthood and into childhood.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals overcome mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, autism, and navigating the complexities of divorce and family dynamics. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and work towards a more fulfilling life. Using evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.
