I help people experiencing depression, burnout, parental overwhelm and internet addiction. I specialize in compulsive use of social media, parenting more "intense" children and stress. Many of my clients feel stuck in a cycle of distraction and avoidance and spiral into anxiety and shame. I offer compassionate processing of your story and help you grow in self-understanding. Increasing awareness of self-sabotaging patterns can provide opportunity to pause and correct course. I assist with concrete tools for recovery from tech addiction, hustle culture and over-parenting so you can experience peace and greater life satisfaction.
Therapy can help you commit to taking better care of yourself. You will be supported in making choices that move you closer to your goals with gentle accountability to engage in behavior aligned with your values. In a supportive environment, we'll collaborate on a realistic plan for a fresh start, where you can get out of your head and into your life.
I provide therapy to adults in-person and via Zoom. I also consult with parents who desire healthy screen limits for their children and teens.
