Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with around 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I currently offer telehealth sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays for ages pre-adolescent through adult. Although my main focus areas are trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, boundary and relationship issues and life transitions, I have experience working with a variety of other issues as well.
My role in helping you can vary depending on the issue and needs that you may have, I tend to use a holistic approach to help you finding healing and develop balance in all areas of your life. Some of the main techniques and modalities that I use are trauma-focused, person-centered, IFS, mindfulness, CBT and Brainspotting (similar to EMDR).
I hope to create a safe space for you to be yourself and to feel comfortable processing. It's important to me that you feel heard, valued and understood.
