I work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples experiencing relational conflict, life transitions, coparenting, divorce/separation, faith crisis/transitions, and navigating the impact and symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, and personality disorders. I use emotionally focused, EMDR, sandtray, psychoeducational, and experiential modalities rooted in attachment theory to support my clients in exploring their inner worlds and facilitate new ways to engage with themselves and others.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where my role is to create space for you to show up as your fully human self, exactly as you are. Being seen, heard, and witnessed non-judgmentally by another person is one of the most powerfully healing experiences we can have.
I believe that humans have the innate propensity for growth, the proclivity towards healing, and the resilience to move through and overcome life’s challenges. You are the expert of your experience, and my role is to be a companion who walks alongside you while you reconnect with your innate strength and wisdom to navigate through your pain and find healing.
