Possibly wanting to understand yourself more deeply and improve your relationships with those around you? If so, I’d love to partner with you to explore and make sense of your inner world. I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and women as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, low self-esteem, difficult relationship dynamics, and past relationship trauma. I also offer support for women dealing with postpartum struggles. Together, we will create a shared space for you to feel seen, known, and heard.
Life can be so so hard; especially when you feel disconnected from your sense of self or those around you, burdened by past experiences, or caught in repetitive patterns leading to feelings of shame. Sometimes, we just need someone to listen, to help us process our thoughts and emotions, and to help guide us toward the insights we’ve been longing for.
I know how rare it is to have a place where you feel fully known and seen; where you can be fully unfiltered and feel safe enough to share certain parts of yourself.
