I also enjoy providing coping strategies, helping you create a "toolbox" of healthy strategies and coping tools to replace unhealthy ones you may be using to relieve stress and pain.
I want to encourage you or your child there is hope. I am trained in EDMR, DBT skills & CBT strategies to help with a variety of concerns, symptoms and diagnoses. I am trained to diagnose autism/ADHD/PTSD/personality disorders/0-5yr old children and more.
I have worked as a case manager, in-home therapy & skills provider. I have been working in mental health for 7 years, but providing therapy & resources is my passion.
