My passion for empowering others to heal from their trauma is inspired by my own lifelong healing journey and soul's purpose of healing my trauma so that I can assist others by empowering them to heal theirs.
I take a holistic, person-centered, trauma-focused, and mind-body approach to healing with my clients using EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and yoga. I believe we are all just doing the best that we can. I'm here to meet you where you are at in this moment to help you further yourself along on your journey home to your true and authentic self.
As a trained yoga instructor, I believe the mind-body connection is the key to healing and becoming the best version of ourselves. I believe that growth and healing are a continuous and non-linear journey. We move along this journey of life through safe and secure connection with others.
