My name is Jaitesha Hanson, but I also go by Tesh! I’m a former athlete who became inspired to help people envision themselves in wellness and well-being. I like to take each client through a journey of self-awareness and understanding while making it a fun and encouraging process. I’m trained in various evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness, and expressive therapy approaches. My goal is to show how we can access our Self to heal any wounds.
