I am an internationally recognized expert on adult ADHD with a special interest in women with ADHD- a psychotherapist, author, consultant, and coach, with over 25 years of experience in the field. I am the author of the award-winning book, "The Queen of Distraction." I also have ADHD, so I understand the struggles, whether it's how to keep up with the laundry, planning and executing meals every day, or getting work projects done. I've been there and want to help with concrete, practical strategies, emotional support, and insight in what it's like living with ADHD and what you can do to carve out a better, happier, life.
My work with you is all online, either via Zoom or by email. I do not offer online psychotherapy; rather, I offer 1-2 consultations so we can discuss a workable, doable plan, whether it's helping you to find someone who can diagnose and treat you locally, or to discuss ways to get your life back together- how to organize and plan your day, your life.
