As a compassionate Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I carefully examine the relationships between thoughts, feelings and actions, while looking for faulty beliefs, patterns and themes. The concept behind CBT is that our thoughts affect how we feel (emotionally and physically) and how we behave. They shape our perceptions, beliefs and value systems.
