I have had extensive experience working with couples, men, and adolescent boys, helping people find resolution with depression, anger, anxiety, PTSD, Grief and Loss, and trauma. I am especially interested in helping people enrich their marriages, relationships, achieve fulfillment, and grow personally to value themselves and others. Christian principles guide my counseling, however, I respect, value, and honor my clients’ individuality, faith practices, and growth aspirations. "Nothing changes until I do." I do offer telehealth.
I am trained in EFT, IMAGO and RLT for couples therapy. Additionally I have also had training in CBT and EMDR to help individuals find recovery from trauma.
