Hi ! If you are feeling emotionally bankrupt in one or many relationships, I can help. My experience has been deeply rooted in the precious commodity of felt safety and what happens to people when that flourishes or fades. One of my passions has been in creating shift in family interaction, where trauma has created old and fresh wounds that show up in todays experiences. I work with attachment needs, grief and loss, betrayal, trauma and bonding. I enjoy eengaging in therapy with individuals, couples and families. I love this work! We can do the process together there may be swears, tears and most certainly laughter. Bring it all!

Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI),Internal FamilySystems (IFS) Neurobiology, and you, all guide my practice. Additionally I utilize Family systems theory and a variety of other experiential dynamics that can elicit purposeful change and find interactions that help heal and earn secure connections.

Together we can work toward creating a new map, diminishing the risks and fears; and building a new cohesive story of how we got here and where you want to be going. Happiness and joy do not require a perfect story, but a truth you can honor. Together we can create the goals and the provisions to empower success.
