Our work will get to the core of what stops you from experiencing the happiness you deserve, and together we will turn on the light inside of you that helps you to see your strengths, improve your weaknesses, and gain tools to maintain.
As a therapist for over 25 years, I believe that being validating and going at your pace are extremely important to the therapy process.
