My approaches in therapy match this philosophy; I want people to feel integrated with themselves and the world around them. I have 14 years experience in treating individual adults and children, couples, and families experiencing; Anxiety Disorders, Depression and Long Term Management of Symptoms, Autism Spectrum and ADHD, Couples Issues- Understanding Attachment and Temperament, Family Adjustments, and Co-occuring Chemical Dependency.
I utilize Developmental Trajectories, Mindfulness, Trauma Informed treatments for Physiological Self Regulation and Emotional Distress Tolerance, Art and Play Therapy, and variations on CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. I believe in client focused therapy; highlighting each person's individual strengths and resources, as well as family and community resources.
