As a Marriage and Family Therapist I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and heal themselves. I aim to create a nonjudgemental, nurturing environment for every individual I help. I have a special interest in helping individuals who are experiencing general anxiety, social anxiety, and panic attacks. I have a strong desire in helping individuals who have experienced trauma with trauma based therapy techniques.I have a strong passion to help individuals recognize and develop their gifts as well as develop strategies to improve their relationships.
I use DBT techniques to help individuals manage and gain control of strong emotions. I also use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, and Meditation for individuals experiencing Anxiety and Depression. I specialize in EMDR therapy to help children and adults who are stuck with uncomfortable memories from trauma that impact their daily living.
