I am EMDR-certified with advanced training in Flash Technique, both of which can be effective for 'turning the volume down' on painful experiences.
I am passionate about supporting people in healing from various traumas, including those sustained in medical environments. I work to be trauma-responsive, anti-racist, and identity-affirming and I strive for the day where all of us can confidently seek care for our whole selves body, mind, and spirit.
