It is my joy to work with teens, college students, adults and seniors. Common within these periods of life can be intense life transitions, loss and change. The journey through these stages can be full of tremendous amounts of pain, but are also unique opportunities to grow and develop new coping skills and strengths. I specialized in working with clients facing anxiety and pain due to loss, change, or trauma with a strength based approach.
I feel privileged and passionate about the opportunity to meet with people within life‘s pain and struggle. I love working with clients in the area of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, postpartum depression, terminal illness, life transitions and trauma.
I have a client centered counseling approach helping people to heal from the inside by exploring spiritual peace and finding a grounding and centered life. I am specially trained in Brain Spotting therapy which helps people access, process and overcome trauma, negative emotions and pain.
