I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with Amen Clinics for nearly ten years. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Chapman University, I decided to change careers and pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Working for the clinic has provided an extraordinary learning environment and allowed me to benefit from collaboration with amazing clinicians who share my passion to help others.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients including individuals, young adults, families, and couples from diverse backgrounds who struggle with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, and mood disorders. I also provide life coaching and am trained in EMDR.
I view the therapy process as a sacred transaction and feel privileged to participate in the healing and growth of others who share with me their innermost hurts, problems, and questions about life. My approach includes an integration of therapeutic modalities with a whole person perspective while providing a non-judgmental, safe environment.
