Traditional talk therapy can be woven with CBT and IFS parts work to better understand your core beliefs, conflicts and obstacles. Other guided practices like BWRT, EMDR, Felt Sense Focusing and Expressive treatment modalities will access your body wisdom to help you let go, trust; release the shame and blame to reclaim your confidence and self-worth.
My passion is to help adults, children and families see that it is “through the cracks that the light comes in” and that each light is uniquely powerful and loveable.
