My ideal client is a child, adolescent or adult who experiences anxiety, depression or confusion finding the right path.They have experienced trauma or emotional pain from complex life situations, medical issues, career situations, relationships or are overwhelmed by life. They seek guidance from someone with lived experience and special skills to ease their distress and help them find a way out. They need to feel someone cares while they new insights and coping strategies to find peace and move on with their life. They use these new insights and life skills guide them with new confidence through the next life adventure.
I help others understand the neurobiology of stress and trauma on their lives. We do activities with play & expressive arts to gain insight then EMDR or hypnosis to improve coping. Strategies used are psycho-education, breathwork/imagery, art techniques, play, EMDR, hypnosis & deep listening. They experience compassion and empathy to nurture their healing.
Treated for PTSD with CBT didn't heal my flashbacks; however, I got healing and relief through treatment with EMDR. My emotions/life became much more happy & manageable. I wanted to share the peace I gained so I trained in EMDR and hypnosis to share the healing with others. There is hope for healing. Come with me on this healing journey. It will be worth it.
