I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with concepts and techniques from other evidence-based approaches. I utilize Play Therapy with my young clients to help them express and process their emotions. I also provide support and guidance to parents using a positive parenting approach. I also enjoy supporting women as they navigate life.
