For the past 10 years, I have worked with populations ranging from partner violence, addiction recovery, survivors of assault/sexual harassment, and generational trauma. Working from a trauma-informed lens allows me to provide compassionate care and my CBT-aligned approach helps clients to identify obstacles holding them back from growth and change.
Everyone deserves to feel connected, understood, and satisfied in their relationships. As an LMFT, I can also help you to explore family of origin experiences alongside current relational patterns in order to help you better develop emotional management tools that can help you feel more in control and capable of healthy and assertive communication as well.
