Welcome— I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Terah Ryan, a Clinical Social Worker and therapist in Maryland and the District of Columbia. The people I work with are motivated for change, committed to self-growth, and interested in the therapeutic process. My approach to therapy is client centered. It is shaped by many psychotherapy models, rooted in Narrative Therapy, influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and includes the practice of mindfulness and breathing techniques.
