My style uses a person-centered, strength-based approach focusing on motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and DBT skills. I use all the tools I have acquired to help you reach the goals that matter to you. Together we process through the things challenging you and work on implementing new skills and a different perspective.
My goal is to work with you to make positive change. You will leave sessions with me with skills and strategies to apply those skills to lift depression, challenge negative thinking, strengthen relationships, set healthier boundaries, express grief and manage anxiety.
