With this in mind, I provide counseling services to adults, children, and teens addressing a variety of concerns to include anxiety, PTSD, depression, behavioral issues, parenting, and more.
I have the privilege of being able to support and provide care beyond traditional talk therapy with EMDR therapy. Additionally, I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health working with individuals who are experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, pregnancy/infant loss, and/or fertility challenges.
As a parent, spouse, former caregiver and first responder, I understand the need for positive support.
