I will help you gain a better understanding of yourself and the problems you are experiencing while assisting you with building a strong set of skills to be able to cope adaptively and heal. Clients who will be the best fit for working with me will be open to incorporating EMDR into treatment. I am currently only accepting telehealth clients.
