Over the past 28 years, I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples and families from a relational perspective. I particularly enjoy working with men who struggle with issues of communication and intimacy. My counseling takes a dynamic, interpersonal approach to seeking healing, because I believe that we grow in the context of intentional community with one another. While I am a Christian, I welcome those into my office from all world views and perspectives.

I work with individuals, couples and families. I have been an LMFT and an Addiction Specialist for over 35 years. I specialize in trauma using EMDR-2, all addictions, relationship issues, marriage and family therapy. I deeply care about helping clients work through and process trauma which improves their life. I have been an EMDR therapist for 25 years. I work from a family systems approach to help clients discover their own identity and be true to themselves. I am committed to helping clients discover how to have the best lives and relationships possible.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, the goal is not to "fix" the problem but rather create and reach the desired goal for the problem. Together, we will create treatment goals hosting you as the client/driver, and I, as the passenger there to encourage and guide you on your desired path for your life.
